Husky Hoops Volunteer Opportunities

The Andover Boy’s Basketball Booster Club asks each family to volunteer in the areas listed below according to grade level.  Each family’s help keeps our program running smoothly.  You are certainly welcome to sign up for multiple volunteer slots.  The list below represents the minimum number of hours we request from each family to help our program function smoothly.

FRESHMAN FAMILIES SIGN UP FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:  

• TWO different time slots to work concessions during home games .
• ONE time slot at the freshman tournament on December 26th.  This tournament is held at Andover High School.

SOPHOMORE FAMILIES SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Senior/Fan Appreciation Night committee member.  This event will be held on Friday, March 1st.
• Concession prep during home games.

JUNIOR FAMILIES SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Host or co-host a team meal.
• Year-End Banquet committee member.  This event will be held on Thursday, March 28th.
• Concession prep during home games.

SENIOR FAMILIES SIGN UP FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Host or co-host a team meal.
• Shoot for Loot co-chairs.  This event occurs at every home game.
• Concession prep during home games.

ALL HUSKY FAMILIES:

• Coaches vs. Cancer committee member.  This event will be on Friday, February 15th.
• Staff Appreciation Night committee member.  This event will be on Thursday, February 7th.
• Youth Nights committee member.  These events will be on Thursday, December 13th and Friday, January 25th.
• Photographer needed at each team level.  Pictures need to be taken throughout the season.
• Year-End video.
