Mandarin Academy Volunteer Sign-up

Dear Parents, 

Mandarin Academy is proud of its tradition of volunteerism and the outstanding community built around families working together for a common goal. To this end, each family is expected to contribute a minimum 15 hours of time during the school year in support of school-wide and classroom activities. (Note: no compensation is available for volunteering beyond 15 hours.)

As an alternative, families that prefer to make a monetary contribution in lieu of donating their time may “buy out” of the volunteer hour requirement by making a donation of $40 per each unfulfilled hour.  However, we strongly recommend that you visit our sign-up page to find opportunities that are fun and educational to our kids, which includes arts and crafts preparation in class, library time, story hours etc. 

If you are working on something that might be interesting to our students, or topics that will be informative to our young generation, you are more than welcome to let us know your time available, we will try to arrange for all students to join.
