Brave the Cage: SoCal and Southwest
Brave the Cage is a campaign which challenges the public to experience what life is like for 84% of hens exploited for egg production by stepping inside a human-sized battery cage. We provide resources on easy ways to go egg-free and vegan options. We need volunteers to help entice students to get inside the cage, pass out leaflets about the egg industry, collect signatures for a petition, and have discussions about animal agriculture with students. If you can donate your time, even if it's for 30 minutes, your help will be great appreciated!
