5280 Westival Volunteer Welcome Page

No 5280 Westival event was ever possible without the enormous contributions of our volunteers.  2020 is no exception!  We are working on giving you the best dance event experience to date, and would love your help to make it a success!  We are looking for help with:

• Registration at the event
• Floor Setup and Tear Down

Using this online tool, you will be able to access a separate page for each of the two categories and sign up for specific time slots that suit you.  Upon creating an account at SignUp and choosing volunteer shifts that suit you, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and additional reminders as we get closer to the event.   You will be able to "check-in" to your shift, and track your hours worked toward meeting your event pass discount.  Please review the 5280 Westival EVENT SCHEDULE to best plan your time.  Be sure to purchase your 5280 event pass PRIOR TO CHOOSING VOLUNTEER SHIFTS HERE. You must complete your scheduled shifts to qualify for an event pass discount. 

You will be reimbursed the week after the event, at the rate of $15 per hour of volunteering.
