Welcome to the reservation system for Paddlers and Volunteers at the Community Boathouse in Rockaway Beach and the Gateway Boathouse in Riis Landing, NY.
We hope that you decide to try paddling at one of our upcoming events and hope that you consider joining our growing ranks of talented and committed volunteers. We have found that while the kayaking is great, it's really about the people.
The mission of the Gateway Bike & Boathouse, Inc. a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization is simple, to help people with a free way to explore Jamaica Bay under their own power. It's a great way to get some fresh air, exercise, learn a new skill and most importantly, have fun!
