Following the Covid restrictions we are planning sessions again from March 29th which will be available for booking
All club sessions will be listed here and required to be signed up for in advance, this is the new normal now !
Session numbers are in line with government guidelines and the type of session, so vary from 5 to 12
Sessions will be open on a weekly basis, 7 days before the start date.
All participants also need to complete the "fit to attend" form the day of their session before every session.
A summary of currently available sessions are
- Tuesday Club Runs
- Speed Sessions
- Wednesday - Jane Bryant. Jane's speed sessions are a great workout around Denton/Rupert Rd for all abilities on the road
- Thursday - Neil Chapman. Grass based "track" session for all abilities
- Sat morning - two options
- An 8.8-mile run out to A59 and back in speed intervals (mostly six minutes), with socially-distanced regrouping and recoveries (two groups of six)
- Variations of 5x1km efforts along the flat road past the golf club, again with recoveries in between and regrouping (two groups of six)
