OLM MercyFest

Volunteers Needed at MercyFest...

This annual community festival is made possible by many, many volunteers! We are so grateful for those who volunteer to help greet and welcome, help with events, sell tickets, cook, serve food and drinks, help with directing traffic, or simply come out to assist in any way they can. Consider spending some time during MercyFest behind the scenes.

There are a lot of great service opportunities for teens ages 14 and up:
Kids’ Activities (Crafts, Games, Face Painting, Nail Painting, Hair Braiding), Maintenance, Ticket Sales (Carnival, MercyFest, Basket Raffle), Serve Food (Inside, Tent, Pizza Night, Spaghetti Dinner), Setup (Basket Raffle, Silent Auction, MercyFest, and Vendors), Teardown (MercyFest, Vendors), Parking, Bake Sale, Runners, 5K Race, and Volunteer Check in.

There are also a lot of great service opportunities for teens ages 10 thru 13. But we do require an adult volunteer along with them:

We need over 700 volunteers to make our event successful, so please sign up now on-line or in the Parish Life Center (PLC) after all masses.
