U Card Office Appointments

At this time, the U Card Office is only producing new and replacement U Cards. No other services are provided.

First-year & transfer students who are starting classes fall 2020 may schedule an appointment to receive their U Card at the U Card Office after June 30th. Students may also wait until they are on campus in the fall to receive their U Card during move-in or Welcome Days.

Groups - The U Card Office is currently operating by appointment only for individuals. We are currently only accepting groups who have a prearranged time with the U Card Office. Please email ucard@umn.edu to schedule your group.

Please remember to bring your approved government-issued photo ID (US State or Territory Driver’s License, US Passport, etc). This is required to receive a new or replacement U Card.

REMINDER: We are able to resolve most U Card issues via email. Please email UCard@umn.edu if you have a question or an issue prior to making an appointment.
