Keep Your Classroom Teacher “In the Know” with Quick and Easy Access to Your SignUp
You’ve already found SignUp.com to be a go-to resource in your classroom planning toolkit - from organizing parent teacher conference schedules to classroom volunteer calendars. Now we’re making it even easier for room parents, administrators, staff and educators to share their online SignUps with each other.
If you're planning an activity on behalf of a teacher, you can quickly share all of your SignUp’s status reports with the latest SignUp.com feature, Teacher Share. Activate Teacher Share via the “Details” section of your existing or new SignUp to send your classroom teacher or staff member a weekly status report and give them full access to participant information. In the Details tab, simply check the box marked Affiliated With a School and choose your school. Then check the box to Email weekly status reports to your teacher - enter the teacher’s contact information when prompted.
