25.26 Crow's Theatre Volunteer Shifts

Welcome to Crow's Theatre's 25.26 season! 

On Sign-Up, you can view all our shows and sign up for the shifts you’d like. Sign-up slots open up 3 months in advance of each show. This way, we can get the most accurate information to you in advance of the show you sign up for. Be on the lookout for our sign-up emails! If you aren’t yet receiving these, send your name/email/phone number to boxoffice@crowstheatre.com so we can add you to our list.

Before your first shift, please…

1. Ensure you've completed your AODA training. This is a mandatory free 30min online training about supporting patrons with accessibility needs. Failure to complete this will impact your volunteer opportunities moving forward. Please click this link to access the training, and fill out the form once it’s done.

2. Send a headshot or selfie to boxoffice@crowstheatre.com. This will be added to your volunteer profile so we can better identify you when you arrive. If needed, we can take your photo on your first shift instead.

At your first shift, we will ask you to read and sign our policy document for Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention.

This season, there is a cap on the number of shifts you can sign up for per show. For example, for shows in our Studio Theatre, the limit is 1 shift per volunteer. This is to ensure an equitable distribution of shifts.

Reminder to wear all black to your shifts and kindly be in touch with any accessibility needs. Note: you must be 16 or older to volunteer. If you're running late for a shift, kindly let us know: boxoffice@crowstheatre.com 647-341-7390 ext: 1010.
