Townships often don’t post meeting minutes for weeks, sometimes months, after a township meeting occurs. This means that if you don’t get to the meeting, you really can’t follow what’s happening or challenge decisions in a timely manner. It’s CRUCIAL that we have representation at data center-related township meetings so we can publish notes ASAP after the meeting and EVERYONE can stay up-to-date about what happens at meetings, not just those who go to every meeting.

The stewards aren't always able to make every meeting, so we'd love some backup on note-taking. We'll send you a note template, and all you have to do is fill it out and email it back to us within 48 hours of the meeting you attended! Then we'll use your notes (and possibly the notes of a second note taker) to publish an update on our social media pages.
