Loading Group...

Loading: Load band equipment and props onto the trailers at the Novi High School.
Arrival: Meet at the competition location, unload the equipment, prepare the props, and help carry them alongside the students to the performance stadium.
After the Performance: Carry props and assist students in transporting their equipment back to the trailers. Disassemble the props and load all equipment back onto the trailers.
Return: Head back to the Novi High School, unload the trailers, and return all props and equipment to storage.

2026 Competition Day Volunteers

We're recruiting Pit Crew members to help with logistics at our away competitions! With so much equipment, instruments, and props to haul this year, we could really use extra hands.

The itinerary and time for the competition will be available approximately a week before the event.
