DISCOVERY VPO VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Hello!  We're so glad you're here!  

Take it from us, we know that volunteering at a school can be intimidating at first.  Each member of the Discovery VPO board has felt the same way in the past.  This is why we really appreciate the parents that help us make fun things happen at the school.  It takes many hands to make each event or activity successful.  We will never force you to do an opportunity if it doesn't work out.  The VPO will provide training and support - we try hard to ensure each activity provides detailed instructions or guidelines.  We know our VPO board members, VPO community and parents LOVE our school!  We are excited to get to know you!

If you are already approved to volunteer in the Peninsula School District, please select an event or task and add your name as a volunteer.   Many of these are not fully set in stone, but by signing up, we can keep you posted as the event or activity begins to take shape.   Again, we will never guilt you into continuing with an event if it doesn't work out.  We look forward to seeing you & having fun!  Thank you for helping boost our community spirit for everyone, especially our teachers and students.
