Thanksgiving Food Box Program
For 45 years, the St. Vincent de Paul Society has sponsored an annual Thanksgiving food box outreach program for those less fortunate. This is a family-to-family act of charity. Your family shares the tradition of Thanksgiving with families in need.
We are looking for volunteers to register families to receive food; build, collect, stage, or distribute Thanksgiving food boxes.
We welcome those of you who would like to follow our shopping list and create your own Thanksgiving food box to be presented to a family. Click here if you would also like to prepare a food box.
A food box includes a turkey of at least 10 pounds, 10 pounds of potatoes, a roasting pan, and all the trimmings to provide a nice Thanksgiving meal for four to six people.
