As of March 15, the Kentucky COVID-1 vaccination eligibility phase is 1c.
1c is now expanded to include all persons age 16 or older with any medical or behavioral health condition(s) the CDC reports "are" or "might be" at increased risk of severe COVID-19 illness.
Please select a registration time from the open options. If you have registered with another agency providing the vaccine, please do not register with us as well, it slows the process of reaching those who are available to take it. If you are unable to return in 4 weeks from your first dose do not sign up. THIS SIGN UP IS FOR 1ST DOSE ONLY We are striving to follow all state phasing guidelines.
