Realms Middle School Student Led Conferences

Please sign up for a Student Led Conference (SLC) here. 

YOU WILL SIGN UP WITH YOUR STUDENT'S CREW TEACHER! 

EACH STUDENT/FAMILY NEEDS JUST ONE SLOT!

Each Crew teacher facilitates the SLC's for the students in their crew.  Therefore, you do NOT need to sign up for more than 1 SLC slot! Please ONLY sign up for a slot using the link for your student's CREW TEACHER!

• Certain Supported Education Students: A smaller number of students who work with our Supported Education case manager, Delaney Morse  will actually sign up on Delaney's sign up tool and not on your student's Crew teacher tool. You will get an email directly from Delaney if you are on that list!

Be sure to enter your student's name in the correct slot and add your email and phone number. You will receive an automatic email confirmation sometime after signing up.

For split families, we ask that you sign up for just one SLC slot as we don't have enough slots for multiple conferences per student.
