Welcome! You're here and ready to get your hands dirty by diving into the unknown - AfrikaBurn 2025 Out of the Blue. This year we emerge from the seas and onto our forever home - Quaggafontein - ready to be surprised, work hard, and make new connections.

AfrikaBurn doesn't just happen. And it certainly wouldn't happen without you. We all work together to make our dusty city rise from the desert - to realise our collective dream, and to make magic through participation. We all show up to make it happen, and one of the best ways to make it happen is to do some Volunteer Shifts. 

There's something for everyone, from Throne Crew (the highest rated experience on these lists) to DPW Kitchen Shifts (where you'll probably do dishes or dishing) to Leave No Trace (don't let it touch the ground). Find your niche, or test your limits; go out of your comfort zone, or bring your expertise - we want you to come help. AfrikaBurn doesn't happen without you.
