Welcome GTP Families & Volunteers!

We are so grateful and excited that you have chosen GTP. The dedication of our GTP volunteers along with our amazing administration staff has truly made GTP a BCPS A+ Rated School. 

This is the GTP volunteer group page where you will find signups for volunteer opportunities to help you fulfill your mandatory volunteer hours.

Volunteer Procedures

1. Complete the BCPS Volunteer Application online browardschools.com/volunteerapplication

2. Email volunteers@greentreeprep.com your Volunteer Application Approval.

The screening process may take up to 2 weeks. Please plan accordingly as you will not be allowed to volunteer without appropriate clearance

3. Register here to volunteer for upcoming events or opportunities. You must register on Sign-Up to secure a volunteer spot and earn hours. Spots fill on a first-come, first-serve basis.

On the day of the event, you must sign in using the IPAD or the volunteer log sheet onsite. Once you finish volunteering, you must sign out using the tablet or the volunteer log sheet onsite

IF YOU DO NOT SIGN IN AND OUT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR YOUR HOURS

4. Create a personal volunteer log to keep track of your hours.

 A 24-HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL COMMITMENT CANCELLATIONS.
