Skill Builder's Camp 2025
Skill Builder's Camp is designed to provide children with a safe environment to learn and engage in the "Just Right Challenge", targeting areas of speech, language, social, play, and movement. The Skill Builder's Camp will be available to youth ages 5 to 11 years old. This camp was made possible through a collaboration with Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital's Rehabilitation Services Department and Manistique Area Schools.
This Camp will be run by a Speech Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist who can provide a trauma informed and safe environment for all kids to engage in a group setting. Campers will be participating in activities involving movement, both independent and teamwork challenges, exploratory play and self regulation activities. Camp will be held on Wednesdays beginning July 16th - August 13th at Emerald Elementary School. Parents will need to sign their children into the camp each day.
