SGE PTA Volunteer Sign-Up

Thank you for volunteering your time at San Gabriel Elementary! Please read below before signing up for a volunteer opportunity.

• Any adult who wishes to volunteer on a GISD campus during school hours must first create a profile in the MVPS system and complete a criminal background check. If you have not already registered, please do so. If you've previously registered, you will receive a renewal email from the MVPS system about two weeks before your renewal date (one year from when you last registered). Be sure to complete it before the expiration date. 
• All volunteers must adhere to the Volunteer Guidelines.
• For events during school hours, be sure to check in and out at the computer in the front office. If it is your first time signing in, staff will need to assist you. Please wear your nametag at all times. You must bring your photo ID every time. 

IMPORTANT: When signing up, it is very important that you include your entire first and last name and not initials. This ensures we know who is coming and also in the event we need to pre-print nametags. Nobody has access to see who has signed up except the PTA Board, so your privacy is protected.
