1. Purpose and Acknowledgement of Services I understand that my services as a volunteer for the Kifani Kids are completely voluntary, without compensation, and may involve direct contact or interaction with minor children. I understand that my words and actions while serving as a volunteer are representative of myself and my organization.
2. Assumption of Risk I understand that volunteering comes with inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation as a volunteer.
3. Release of Liability I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, release and hold harmless Kifani Kids, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property during my volunteer service.
4. Volunteer Code of Conduct While volunteering with children on behalf of Kifani Kids, I agree to:

- Act in a caring, honest, respectful, and responsible manner.
- Maintain appropriate physical and verbal boundaries at all times.
- Never be alone in an unmonitored or private space with a minor child.
- Refrain from using tobacco, alcohol, or illegal substances, and refrain from inappropriate cell phone use while on duty.

5. Medical Emergency Consent In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Kifani Kids to secure emergency medical treatment for me, and I confirm that I am responsible for my own medical insurance coverage.
6. Photo/Media Release I grant the Kifani Kids permission to use my likeness, image, or voice captured via photographs or video during volunteer activities for promotional or educational purposes.
