SD60 Band Volunteers
Only volunteer shifts using a learn60 email or a first/last name that matches a band student will count toward tour fundraising credits.
SD60 Band relies on our whole community. Thank you for volunteering!
Supervision Reminder:
Band teachers have families and responsibilities outside of work. While we support fundraising, teachers cannot be on call at all hours.
A band parent must be present at every fundraising shift. There is no district-provided supervision.
For ALL Fundraising Shifts:
• Wear SD60 Band logo gear.
• Bring your instrument and music, even if you’re not scheduled to play, to represent the program and help draw community interest.
Parent Check-In:
Before and after each shift, please check in with the parents of any student volunteers using the Parent Contact Form & Spreadsheet. You can also share your own contact information with other band parents through the Parent Contact Form.
