Pinnacle Orthopedic Community Races
Volunteers needed for course marking, registration, timing, and after party for each of the Pinnacle Orthopedics Community Races. Times and locations vary per race. emails will be sent out before each race with details about jobs.
Course Marking: Check in with race Coordinator. Ski the course placing directional, distance, and fun signs.
Registration: Set up table with signs, bibs, and race registration. Welcome racers and hand out coordinating bibs. Clean up after final race has begun.
Timing: Check in with race coordinator for timing tablet and understanding of Webscorer app. 1 person start and finish time, 1 person shouts bib numbers finishing.
After Party Hosts: Set up flags and cones to mark off area. Start small fire in fire pit. Bring beer, soda, water, in coolers. Set up snack table. Set up trash and recycling. Collect beer tickets for adults. Charge additional money for non-racers. Collect bibs if needed.
