2024 Mountain Fair Volunteer
Mountain Fair has been run by volunteers since it first began 50+ years ago, making it a free and inclusive event to all. We are thrilled to celebrate the 52nd Fair with our veteran volunteers and always welcome new ones! Check out the volunteer opportunities below, it’s the best way to experience the fair. Plus, anyone that signs up for 4hrs of volunteering will receive a coveted “Friend of Fair” shirt.
New this year, your business or organization can join Mountain Fair’s team by becoming a Business Volunteer Sponsor! Make an impact by signing up teams of 4 individuals or more for a 4-hour shift with our most crowd-engaging volunteer positions: Green Team or Peace Patrol. In addition to your Mountain Fair volunteer t-shirt, your team may wear hats or aprons that promote your business during their shift, and your business will receive a special thanks in the Fair program and a shout-out from the main stage. **Please email emily@carbondalearts.com to sign up your team!
