Pascha Celebration Sign Ups 2025

Dear Holy Apostles Family,

Christ is Risen! As we prepare for our joyous Pascha Feast on Sunday, April 20, 2025 after Agape Vespers, we invite everyone to participate in making this beautiful tradition possible. Our celebration requires many hands working together in love to create a memorable day for our entire community.

This year, to make things simpler, we've divided our volunteer and food sign-up slots into separate, focused sheets. 

We ask that each household sign up for at least one volunteer shift and one food contribution. 

Volunteer Sign-Ups (Please choose at least one):

1. Setup and Cleanup Teams - Help transform our space before and after the feast
2. Indoor Buffet and Outdoor BBQ Teams - Join one of our cooking teams to prepare and serve our meal
3. Egg Hunt Team - Help make this special day extra memorable for our parish children

Food Contribution:

4. Pascha Celebration Food Sign-Up - Contribute meat, a side dish, dessert, or beverage to our community feast

With everyone's participation, no one person has to do too much, and we can all enjoy the celebration together.
