Horizon Honors Elementary School ILPs

Horizon Honors Elementary School uses an online organizational tool called SignUp.com that helps make signing up for your ILP Conference easy and efficient.

Step 1: Click on the link below for the Grade Level and Teacher you wish to schedule your ILP Conference. 

Please sign up for one teacher per time slot.  You will be able to meet your students' teachers individually. 

• Kindergarten parents/guardians sign up by classroom. 
• 1-2 parents/guardians sign up for your students' Reading and Math teacher. 
• 3-4 parents/guardians sign up for your students' Language and Math teacher. 
• 5-6 parents/guardians sign up for your students' Humanities, Math and Science teachers. 
• Specials and Student Support teachers are available as well.

Please be sure to look on PowerSchool, and confirm with your child, who their Math teacher is this year as it may be different than their homeroom.

Step 2: Enter your email address: (You will NOT need to register an account on SignUp.com)

Step 3: Sign up! Choose your spot - SignUp.com will send you an automated confirmation and reminders. Easy!

Please be prompt for your scheduled appointment. Please bring your drivers license and Sign in for your appointment with the elementary office to obtain a visitor’s badge.
