Fox Fit is a workout club geared towards bodyweight movements. Students will meet in the Farley gym to do a group workout once a week. The structure of Fox Fit is to do 3 "mini workouts". One that focuses on cardio, one that focuses on core, and one that focuses on strength.
Some sessions allow for students to dictate their workout and come to a group decision on what they will do that day.
Majority of the sessions will end with a game of some sort, because what's the point of getting fit, and NOT using our fitness?!
