Please see our ever-changing options of ways you can help in any capacity that works with your schedule. Some openings are for daytime events that occur one time, others that repeat often and some that can be done according to your schedule from the comfort of your home. There is no wrong way to help and we greatly appreciate your time and effort to benefit the students of McDivitt!

Rules for Volunteering

• You must me a current member of the PTA to volunteer.

• Volunteers are not to visit classrooms or discuss their child with staff.

• Please do not park in the school parking lot - those spots are reserved for staff.

• Arrive on time and sign in at the security booth with ID.

• If you are going to be late or cannot make it to your confirmed time slot, please notify Katherine at 609.423.8052 as far in advance as possible so that we don’t end up short-staffed for the event.

• We cannot disrupt class time to bring individual students down. Students will come with their class at their scheduled time. This schedule is subject to change, and out of our control.

• Update Pick Up Patrol by 2:45 if you will be taking your child home with you. Dismissal should be changed to Early Dismissal with a note of where they will be meeting you.

• Represent PTA well at all times.
