Thanks for checking out my available yoga classes while I work on building my new small business offering yoga and doula services. All classes listed here are donation-based so please pay what you can but payment is not required to attend. My goal with offering these classes is to make yoga accessible, no matter the financial situation you find yourself in at the present moment. Donations can be made through Venmo and PayPal (@movenurturegrow) or Zelle (3053952395).
I'm also available for birth and postpartum doula support (virtually, in the DMV, and willing to travel), along with private and small group yoga sessions upon request, including pre + post natal yoga.
