2023 Wine & Brew Fest Volunteers

It's time for Volunteer Groups to sign up for the 2023 WINE & BREW FEST!! 

WINE & BREW FEST EVENT DATE: Apr 15, 2023, and is held at Windsor Castle Park, 705 Cedar St, Smithfield, VA. When you come to the site, please use CEDAR Street and do not turn on the "old Jericho" cobblestone road off of S. Church St. 

SIGN UP ASAP, BUT NO LATER THAN Wed, March 10, 2023 - If your group does not fill assigned slots by deadline, they will be transferred to another organization. If you group fills all slots before the deadline, and want more, let our volunteer coordinator know so as we juggle unfilled slots we can give your group more. 

How to Sign Up: Scroll down, find your org, click to open up your groups spots & then sign up. If you want to work ALL DAY, you can sign up for a first and second shift. 

PLEASE CHECK OUT THE VOLUNTEER PAGE ON THE WEBSITE for more info or to order (totally optional) an event volunteer shirt. Shirt deadline is 3/10/23. Group volunteers do not get "free" event shirts, since we donate to your org. We encourage groups to wear their own shirts/hats when they work, but some of you like to buy a shirt.
