PITCH MEETINGS

*YOU CAN BOOK UP TO THREE (3) PITCH MEETINGS. IF YOU EXCEED THIS NUMBER YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED FROM ADDITIONAL SPOTS.

Access Canada Summit registered delegates may sign up for a maximum of three (3) Pitch Meetings - opening at 12:00 pm ET on Thursday, August 27.

*NOTE: If you sign up for more than three (3) pitch meetings we reserve the right to cancel all your meetings at our sole discretion.

All meetings will take place on the 2nd Floor (Event Floor) of the Omni King Edward Hotel. Each meeting is 15 minutes.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIGN UP:

Choose an executive to meet with by scrolling through the alphabetical list.

Click the orange button and select your meeting day and time.

Click SIGN UP and enter your information.

On mobile, press SAVE and DONE. 

On a computer, save your SPOT, then click SAVE at the top of the screen.

Use the link provided to add the meeting to your personal calendar if desired.

Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive your confirmation email.

A reminder email with your confirmed meetings will be sent prior to the event.

EVENT DETAILS

All Pitch Meetings will take place between September 14 to 16 at the Omni King Edward Hotel, 2nd Floor (Event Floor).

Upon arrival at Access Canada Summit please proceed to the Main Registration Kiosk to collect your delegate badge.

Look for ‘Pitch Meetings’ signage when you arrive at the Knightsbridge meeting room. A host will be available to check you in.
