Loaves and Fishes Fort Pierce Volunteers

Loaves and Fishes Fort Pierce is an all-volunteer organization whose focus is to provide a bit of comfort to our neighbors who are homeless or food-insecure.  With no paid staff, we totally rely on our volunteers to prepare and serve our meals, run our commissary and serve as sponsors when one of our guests needs help.

If you are willing to help us help our neighbors, please review the opportunities shown below.  Our food line serves "Sunday Dinner" at 11:30 each Sunday.  We ask that volunteers arrive no later than 11:15.  Volunteers who are preparing one of our home-cooked courses should deliver the dish between 11:10 and 11:15.  We will provide the main ingredients  for the dish and can lend large roasting pans for cooking/serving.  You provide the kitchen and labor.  If you are new to preparing large quantities, we can help with advice and recipes.
