PRIVATE TRAINING WITH COACH A.Y

Volleyball training typically takes place with a large number of athletes, private sessions provide an excellent opportunity for repetition of skills and cue retention. Lessons are available on a range of surfaces, including sand, grass, tennis courts, and indoor gym space when available. No matter the location the athlete will receive critical information and training to help him or her improve. I will bring all the equipment necessary!
Each session will be video recorded and then posted to a youtube link within 24 hours of the lesson. This allows each athlete to go back and review the key skills or ideas we worked on during the lesson.
Parents are always welcome and encouraged to hang out during the lesson!
