Welcome to the Holy Family Catholic School (HFCS) volunteer website. This website will help our families sign up and manage their Parent Service Points for the 2017-2018 school year. You will be able to select your volunteer opportunities for the year, communicate directly with the event co-chairs, and manage your volunteer responsibilities throughout the year.
Each family is required to complete a total of 40 points and they can be earned through participation in fundraising, classroom helpers, and school service activities (30 points must be from a fundraising and 10 points from a classroom and/or school service). All 40 points can be completed through fundraising if desired. A minimum of 10 points must be earned from the Fall Festival, Crab Feed or the Auction events for each family.
Single-parent families must be approved by the Principal and are required to complete a minimum of 20 Parent Service Points with 15 points from fundraising. A minimum of 10 Parent Points must be earned from the Fall Festival, Crab Feed or the Auction events.
Parent Service Points must be completed between June 1, 2017 and May 31, 2018. Eighth Grade Families: You must complete all of your Parent Service Points by May 15, 2018 in order for your graduate to participate in all graduation related activities.
