2025 Wine & Brew Fest Volunteers

VOLUNTEER GROUP SIGN UPS FOR: WINE & BREW FEST EVENT DATE: APRIL 12, 2025, Windsor Castle Park. 705 Cedar St, Smithfield, Va. Please use Cedar Street instead of the old Jericho Road, off of South Church St., which is a cobble stone path, to get to the park. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 21+. NO CHILDREN AND NO PETS.

SIGN UP ASAP, BUT NO LATER THAN MON. MARCH 22, 2025 - Your group's spots will be re-assigned to another organization if not filled by deadline. Please ensure you are willing and able to do the job for which you are signing up. If you have questions about a position, please ask!

HOW TO SIGN UP: Scroll down, find your organization, click to open up your groups spots & then sign up. You should receive a confirmation email within hours of signing up. IF YOU DO NOT, PLEASE CONTACT CRISTIN IMMEDIATELY at volunteer@smithfieldvaevents.com.

PLEASE CHECK OUT THE VOLUNTEER PAGE ON THE WEBSITE for additional info or to order a volunteer shirt if you want one. Shirt deadline 3/19/25. Group volunteers do not get shirts as we make a donation to your organization.
