2025 BOB Fest Volunteers

VOLUNTEER GROUP SIGN UPS FOR: BOB FEST EVENT DATE: JAN 18, 2025, Windsor Castle Park. 705 Cedar St, Smithfield, Va. Please use Cedar Street instead of the old Jericho Road, off of South Church St., which is a cobble stone path, to get to the park. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 21+. NO CHILDREN AND NO PETS.

SIGN UP ASAP, BUT NO LATER THAN MON. DEC 14, 2024 - Your groups spots will be re-assigned to another organization if not filled by deadline. 

HOW TO SIGN UP: Scroll down, find your organization, click to open up your groups spots & then sign up. You should receive a confirmation email within hours of signing up. IF YOU DO NOT, PLEASE CONTACT CRISTIN IMMEDIATELY at volunteer@smithfieldvaevents.com.

PLEASE CHECK OUT THE VOLUNTEER PAGE ON THE WEBSITE for additional info or to order a volunteer shirt if you want one. Shirt deadline 12/8. Group volunteers do not get shirts as we make a donation to your organization.
