Plant Set Up & Pricing Crew
Come help the Friends of the Nature Center prepare the day before Plant Sale! This will include unloading, placing and pricing. Plant knowledge a plus for some areas, but not required. Report to the 5Bay (shed east of the main building) at 5300 Otis Rd SE.

Help display and price gently-used garden related items for Peter's Potting Shed. Set up takes place in the 5Bay (shed east of the main building).

Tent & Table Set Up
Come help us set up tents and tables prior to the Spring Plant and Art Sale. We will work primarily outdoors.

Wagons or Garden Carts
Anyone who has a wagon or garden cart that can be used to help carry purchased items to cars is asked to bring the wagon/cart to the Nature Center. Please clearly label your wagon with your name and let the staff at the front desk know you have dropped of an item. ALL WAGONS AND CARTS SHOULD BE PICKED UP ON SATURDAY BETWEEN 1-4PM.

Help vendors unload and transport plants
Volunteers will be outside and will need to be able to carry flats of plants to vendor tables.

2 Dozen Cookies/Treats
Cookies/bars will be offered for donation at our Plant and Art Sale bake sale. Please mark any items containing nuts!

Refreshments
Prepare and serve coffee and popcorn for attendees. As well as set out baked good items for attendees. None of the items are being sold, but donations are encouraged!

Cashier
Our cashiers will assist with ringing up purchases and completing transactions. Some of the volunteers in this position will be using computers to complete sales transactions. Prior cash handling experience is appreciated.

Friends Flower/Vegetable Table
Volunteers will help shoppers select flowers and vegetables. Some knowledge of decorative flowers or vegetables is a plus but not required. This volunteer spot is located at the 5Bay.

Friends Tent
Come help shoppers with native plant purchases. Knowledge about native plants is a plus but not required. This volunteer spot is located at the tent in the yard south of the main building.

Greeter/Floater
Welcome visitors to Amazing Space and fill in where needed.

Holding Table
Shoppers can leave items at the holding area while they continue shopping. Volunteers will help tag the items when they arrive in the holding area and help return items when shoppers come to pick them up. This volunteer spot is located under the pavilion.

Assist with traffic flow in the Amazing Space parking lots.
