Double Trellis Cooking/Packaging Support
Hello & thank you for your interest in cooking dignified meals!
We're a professional functioning kitchen, please wear appropriate clothing. A head covering is mandatory for health safety. Sleeves, pants, & non-slip shoes (if you have them.) We will be working with hundreds of pounds of food so your favorite shirt isn't the best idea, however, we have aprons for use.
Upon arrival, we'll go over kitchen basics, the meal, & prep tasks.
Our address is 310 s 48th St. It's behind 48th St Grill & Honeysuckle Provisions - there’s an alley next to the 48th St. Grill to get to the parking lot for the Dorrance Hamilton Center - park there & you’ll be all set!
