Colorado Asylum Center Volunteers
Hello,
Due to the large influx of migrants recently arriving to Denver, the Colorado Asylum Center is increasing our number of Asylum Workshops and we are in need of volunteers! We’re seeking immigration attorneys and English/Spanish bilingual volunteers to assist at our biweekly Asylum Workshops. With your help, we can serve 10 or more families who are seeking asylum in a single day! The workshops will take place almost every Thursday and Friday. We will follow up soon with the workshop locations. Volunteers can sign up for one or two four-hour shifts at each workshop. We will provide training each morning before the workshops for new volunteers, as well as lunch, with vegetarian options. Please reach out to coasylum@gmail.com with any questions.
