Housing Answer & Discovery Clinic (A&D)
Volunteer attorneys or paralegals are needed to advise clients served with a Notice to Quit and a Summons and Complaint and need help preparing an answer and request for discovery.
The Answer and Discovery is a virtual clinic where attorneys can practice and hone their skills in Housing law.
Volunteer slots are offered in two shifts. Even with the same start time, each slot's purpose is to serve a unique client. If you are signed up to volunteer in one slot, you will solely handle the casework for your assigned slot and will not be working with another volunteer. You will, however, have guidance and assistance from our staff attorneys.
