It’s Back-to-School time and that means you’re back at it: planning, prepping and preparing for the school year. Maybe you’re a parent-group veteran, or perhaps you’re a new member of the PTO or Boosters - whatever your role, fundraisers will be an important part of the upcoming school year. The teachers need new tablets for the classroom, the football team needs new gear, the band needs funding for an out-of-town competition, the Science Club needs updated equipment - whatever the need is, you’re after some much needed help ($$$)!

Last year, the PTO settled on a product fundraiser turning the kids into an army of sales reps - profits were decent and people participated. However, this year you’re looking for more bang for the buck?! Pitch your parent-group or club on Panda Express!

Perks of Panda Express Fundraisers

Earn 20% of Pre-Tax Sales

That’s right, 20% of the pre-tax sales from your scheduled fundraiser event will be donated to your school, organization, club, team or non-profit organization. More turnout = more profits!

One and Done

Instead of dragging out the fundraiser for 4-8 weeks with catalogs and online ordering obligations, raise money for your cause in one night! (You will receive a check within 2-3 weeks.)

Hoping to raise more funds? Great! You can pre-plan for the entire year and schedule one event to take place, once every 30 days.

Tools of the Trade

Skip the extra work of deciding how to promote the fundraiser. Panda Express offers a pre-made flyer for you to print and pass along to your community members. The fundraising flyer is easy to share on social too! Get social media tips on boosting turnout and profits for your Panda Express event here. (Fundraising participants are required to show the flyer (hard copy or digital version) upon meal purchase for your group to receive credit for their purchase in the sales total.) You'll create your personalized flyer after creating your own fundraising event here.

Family Time!

Work schedules, soccer games, dance class, the list goes on. Whatever you’re scheduling, plug in a family meal together, but skip the cooking! Fill up on laughter and conversation with your kiddos, all while supporting your community cause. Dine-in or take-out, either works!

Amplify with Coworkers

Your Panda Express Fundraiser is good for the entire day. Take advantage of the all-day opportunity, share your cause with your coworkers and talk them into lunch at Panda Express (or even order out), and add their sales to your group’s profits!
