We’ve been hard at work this year making SignUp better than ever! We’re thrilled to announce the first release of our new mobile experience for SignUp Organizers!
SignUp’s new mobile experience makes planning easy to check off your list with SignUps on-the-go, right from your smartphone browser (no app download required). You’ll be able to plan your school & team activities, coordinate your volunteer crew, set up your socially-distanced worship or workspace, send private messages, and see who’s coming when – from wherever you are.

A New Look. We’ve got a new color scheme and a new layout to make it easier to navigate.
More Personalization. Upload logos and images to create a custom look for your SignUp event.
Searchable. Quickly identify Participants, Contacts and Spots (jobs/shifts).
More Communication Options. Invite, email and text Participants from within your Organizer view.
Enhanced Formatting. Customize messages, Spot descriptions and more with rich text.
Improved Manager Tools. Redesigned screens to invite Participants, see who’s coming when, and make edits.
How It Works
Just log in to your SignUp account, as usual, and go to one of the SignUps you organized or start a new SignUp for your upcoming Giving Tree, volunteer schedule, fundraiser, parent teacher conference or socially-distanced event – enjoy the new experience!
