NWIBFC Nursing Mothers' Nook 2021
The Nursing Mothers' Nook is located in the southeast corner of the 4H Building at the Lake County Fairgrounds. This building is air-conditioned and houses restrooms across from the Nook. We ask that you help keep the Nook area clean and tidy. The coalition provides wipes for cleaning surfaces used by the Nook visitors, trash bags, a battery operated floor sweeper and a refrigerator and cold water for the mothers who use the Nook. Though the mothers who use our Nook appreciate a cool, clean, and comfortable area to feed their babies, it is you, the volunteer attendants who make our Mothers' Nook successful year after year. Please sign up for one shift or maybe even two! Thank you for the generous donation of your time and expertise. Passes for parking and admission to the fairgrounds are available at MomSense located at W. 80th Place in Merrillville, IN.
